Job summary

Guidant Financial is hiring for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to administer and report on 401(k) plans in a fully remote role across select states. You will review client documents, perform plan testing and year-end filings, and educate clients on plan administration as you grow with accelerated training.

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook usage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Complete 401(k) testing and reporting with filing software.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration and documents.
• Prepare government filings including IRS Form 5500.
