Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of adjacent back-office financial operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Direct retirement-plan operations experience preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and admin software.
• Perform 401(k) testing and reporting with software.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 filings and educate clients.
