Job summary

Responsibilities include collecting information for annual reporting, reviewing client documents for completeness, and handling 401(k) testing and government filings.

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing as daily job responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans with rollovers and plan stock using Excel and administration software.
• Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings including IRS Form 5500.
