Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing in a back-office operation.
• 1–5 years in benefits administration, money movement, tax prep, loan processing, or compliance support.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Direct retirement-plan operations experience (401(k)/IRA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from clients to prepare annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Complete 401(k) testing and reporting with filing software.
• Educate clients on 401(k) administration and plan documents.
