Job summary

Guidant Financial offers a fully remote Retirement Plan Operations Specialist role, enabling you to support entrepreneurs nationwide from home. You will learn the end-to-end process of administering 401(k) plans, review client documents, and maintain progress updates throughout the year-end reporting cycle, including 5500 filings.

You will grow rapidly through training and practical experience, handling plan testing, reporting, and client education while contributing to a growing ESOP-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Direct retirement-plan operations experience is preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Complete 401(k) testing and reporting with filing software.
• Prepare government filings such as IRS Form 5500.
