North Carolina A&T State University seeks an Extension Agent - 4H (Guilford County) to plan, implement and evaluate 4-H programs for urban, limited-resource youth aged 5–19, aligning with National 4-H and the university's mission. The role emphasizes leadership development, workforce skills, and STEM through diverse delivery modes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or BA with GPA criteria) in related field and extension/education experience.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; travel willingness.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate comprehensive 4-H programs for youth aged 5-19.
• Collaborate with county partners to recruit participants and deliver activities.
• Conduct needs assessments to set program priorities and outcomes.
• Deliver materials in clubs, after-school programs, camps and school settings.
• Evaluate data from multiple sources to determine program impact.
