Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Specialist for the third shift to support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) after-hours. The role is remote but requires residence in Wisconsin near a regional office, with a schedule from 5pm to 8am on weekdays and 24-hour weekends.

You will handle DSP caller inquiries, provide guidance, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and contribute to workforce training and support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
