Qualifications

• Proficiency in HIL policies, procedures, and practices.
• Efficient navigation of company systems to respond to DSP callers.
• Providing resolutions that comply with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
• Providing training and support to Direct Care Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for DSPs after typical business hours.
• Support DSP teams and management with information and guidance.
• Assist with issues and requests while maintaining compliance with policies.
• Operate from a home office consistent with Wisconsin remote role.
