Job summary

Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional for overnight duties in a group home setting in Wisconsin. You will follow ISPs/TBPs, assist with daily living activities, and monitor resident safety while maintaining a calm, respectful environment.

Role includes sleep period alignment, weekend shifts on a rotating basis, and opportunities for training and growth within a supportive team dedicated to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or residential settings preferred.
• Ongoing in-service training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight direct care and support per ISPs/TBPs.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, and daily living activities.
• Monitor safety, emergencies and medications as trained.
• Document daily progress and incidents accurately.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and DSPs in team meetings.
