LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join our team from home in the United States. If you have debt-collection experience and strong negotiation skills, you can contribute to a performance-driven environment.

As a Collections Specialist, you will handle calls, negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing tools, and ensure compliance with laws and policies. A Monday–Friday schedule and benefits are offered. Grow your skills in a compliant, supportive setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional, distraction-free remote workspace required.
• Experience in high-volume collections environment.

Mansioni

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
