LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, manage portfolios, and leverage skip-tracing tools while maintaining professional, compliant conversations from a home-based setup.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset, with performance-based compensation and a Monday–Friday schedule during 7:00 AM–6:00 PM windows.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Mansioni

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
