LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Collections Specialists for a 100% remote role. You will negotiate on delinquent accounts, arrange settlements, and locate borrowers using skip-tracing tools.

The position emphasizes compliant, professional customer interactions and achievement of performance-based goals. The role supports a nationwide collections team with a Monday–Friday schedule and the potential to earn commissions in addition to base pay.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activity to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to laws and company policies.
• Communicate professionally while working remotely and meeting team goals.
