LCS Financial Services Corporation is a nationally licensed, growth-oriented collection agency seeking motivated and experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team!

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
