LCS Financial Services Corporation seeks an experienced Collections Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work from home while complying with debt collection laws.

This 100% remote role offers commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–6:00 PM), and benefits. A minimum of 2 years in third‑party collections and strong negotiation and communication skills are required.

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• As a Collections Specialist, manage inbound/outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
