LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a nationwide, 100% remote team. As a specialist, you will negotiate resolutions, establish payment plans, and maintain discretion while handling confidential information from home.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
