Job summary

Slate is seeking a 3PL Partner Manager in the United States to lead our warehousing and logistics partnerships. You will manage a team of Fulfillment Specialists, serving as the primary liaison between Slate and 3PLs and cross-functional teams.

Your role focuses on optimizing service levels and controlling costs. You will develop performance metrics, review monthly invoices, and drive improvements in inventory management and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years warehousing, logistics, and material management experience.
• 2+ years of prior manager experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience overseeing relationships with 3PL providers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3PL Fulfillment Specialists for warehousing and order fulfillment.
• Be the primary point of contact between 3PLs and Slate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor 3PL performance metrics to optimize costs and service levels.
• Approve 3PL invoices against orders, shipments, and inventory records.
• Track costs vs. plan and suggest process improvements to reduce expenses.
• Support inventory management and cycle counting with the 3PL.
