Job summary

Slate is seeking a Regional Partner Operations Specialist to manage relationships with Vehicle Delivery Partners and optimize delivery operations. You will partner with Fulfillment, Logistics, Service, and Accessories teams to resolve issues and improve processes across the partner network.

You will monitor performance, validate invoices, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service levels and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations
• 2+ years in vehicle delivery or automotive distribution, preferably with OEMs or dealers
• Experience overseeing relationships with third party service providers; strong analytical and communication skills
• Start-up mindset with practical, hands-on approach and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Slate to Delivery Partners
• Serve as main POC between Delivery Partners and Slate’s internal cross-functional teams
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for Delivery Partners
• Validate and approve monthly invoices and track costs vs plan
• Assist Delivery Partners with vehicle repairs prior to delivery
• Maintain inventory reporting and cycle counting with Delivery Partners
