Job summary

Slate seeks an energetic Partner Operations Manager to lead a regional team of Partner Operations Specialists who support our Vehicle Delivery Partners delivering vehicles to customers. You will oversee onboarding, performance management and ongoing support, building a high-performing team and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hands-on experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution, OEM/dealer exposure ideal.
• Proven track record leading a regional support team with partners.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Slate to our Delivery Partners and lead a high-performing team.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics; optimize operations and costs.
• Validate and approve monthly invoices; track costs vs. plan and suggest improvements.
• Implement vehicle and inventory reporting and cycle counting with partners.
