Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Senior Manager, Wholesale Fulfillment to lead the Wholesale Distribution Center operations and 3PL partnerships across the US. This role ensures efficient inbound and outbound flows, inventory accuracy, and on‑time fulfillments for wholesale partners while coordinating with HQ and vendor networks.

The candidate will drive strategic allocation, capacity planning, and KPI reporting, partnering with Wholesale Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance to optimize costs and service

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10+ years in wholesale DC operations.
Proven track record leading large‑scale DC ops.
Strong WMS/OMS, inventory controls and reporting.
Experience with multi‑node inventory flows and 3PL management.
Excel/BI proficiency and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Oversee Wholesale DC operations and 3PL performance.
Lead inbound/outbound, scheduling, and cost standards.
Plan labor, forecasting, and capacity for scale.
Develop SOPs and automation roadmaps.
Collaborate with Wholesale Sales, Finance, and Tech.
Drive inventory accuracy and compliance.
