Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience building 3D surfaces with listed software.
• Experience with Trimble/Topcon/Leica machine control and layout equipment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to obtain data for 3D surface models.
• Review CAD files to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Develop layout maps and 3D models to meet client requirements.
• Handle fast-paced projects with 1–2 week turnarounds and concurrent workloads.
