Job summary

Tri-Point (SITECH Northeast affiliate) is seeking a 3D Civil Modeler/Designer to produce 3D surface models for GPS machine control and construction layout. You will work remotely with occasional site travel, collaborating with clients to ensure designs meet project needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ experience with Trimble, Carlson, Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads, or Terramodel, and a strong ability to read construction plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years experience building 3D surfaces with listed software.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D surface models for GPS machine control and layout from CAD data and plans.
• Review client CAD files for data completeness and generate layout maps.
• Meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
