Tri-Point (SITECH Northeast affiliate) seeks a 3D Civil Modeler/Designer to join our team. We value a passion for the construction industry and knowledge of GPS and total station technologies used on today’s jobsites.

This primarily remote position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with occasional travel to job sites in the market. You will produce 3D surface models for GPS machine control and construction layout, bridging design and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience building 3D surfaces with listed tools.
• Experience with GPS/total station equipment is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of reading construction plans and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Obtain site data with client to create 3D surface model.
• Review client CAD files and plans for completeness.
• Develop layout maps and 3D models to meet client requirements.
• Turnaround typically 1–2 weeks with concurrent projects during peaks.
