Job summary

Tri-Point is seeking a 3D Civil Modeler/Designer to join our team. We specialize in GPS machine control data prep and construction layout with emphasis on delivering accurate 3D surface models for sites.

The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to job sites in the market. Ideal candidates have experience with Trimble/Topcon/Leica machine control and strong reading of construction plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent heavy civil work or surveyor experience.
• 3–5 years experience building 3D surfaces with listed software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain site data with client and modelers for 3D surface models.
• Review client CAD files and plans for completeness.
• Develop layout maps and 3D surface models to meet client requirements.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment with tight deadlines.
