Job summary

SpendMend LLC is seeking a 340B Auditor to perform onsite and remote audits for healthcare entities. The role requires working independently within the first 3 months and communicating audit findings clearly to clients.

Responsibilities include preparing audit guides, analyzing invoices and prescribing data, and delivering final reports and problem lists. Travel is monthly or more, with remote office arrangements and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with 340B program and software systems.
• Audit and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel monthly and possibly more as client demand requires.
• Familiarity with HRSA/Apexus guidelines and policy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote audits independently or with support.
• Conduct HRSA-like audits and prepare audit guides.
• Develop audit summaries and final reports within established timelines.
• Lead entrance and closing conferences with clients.
• Educate clients using a slide deck provided by SpendMend.
