Job summary

Avita Care Solutions is seeking a remote 340B Client Services Analyst to support financial reporting, accounting, and data analysis. The role collaborates with internal and external clients to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing allocations, preparing replenishment and journal entries, and performing ad hoc analyses. Travel is estimated at 5–10% to support business needs across US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
• Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience preferred.
• Auditing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review prescription data allocations for assigned locations and 340B entities.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of analyses and outputs.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and forecast performance.
• Prepare monthly client and replenishment reports and journal entries.
• Coordinate monthly 340B replenishment orders with locations.
• Audit replenishment orders for shortages and additional orders.
• Oversee reconciliation of replenishment orders and escrow accounts.
• Meet monthly with clients to review settlement reports and performance.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for clients and management.
• Assist to establish wholesaler accounts for new clients.
• Support sales and account management activities related to 340B program.
