Bon Secours seeks a 340B Auditor to monitor compliance with HRSA guidance across assigned locations in Ohio. The role conducts routine audits, documents results, and supports both internal and external audits, ensuring accurate data in 340B systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in pharmacy 340B or healthcare auditing, strong Excel/EMR skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative healthcare team, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED.
• Preferred: 2-year degree in Business, IT/Analytics, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Licensure/Certification: 340B University; National Pharmacy Technician License.
• 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B or healthcare auditing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors 340B compliance for all program aspects and HRSA guidance.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly audits and documents results.
• Reviews patient eligibility in hospital-based and 340B areas by records and plans.
• Uploads data to 340B software and ensures accurate imports daily.
• Assists with external audits and reports findings to managers.
