Job summary

SpendMend is seeking a 340B Auditor to perform onsite and remote audits, ensuring compliance with HRSA/Apexus standards and 340B requirements. You will develop audit guides, analyze invoices, and report results to clients on a tight timeline.

The role requires travel and the ability to work independently, with a focus on accuracy and thorough documentation within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of 340B related operations experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare environment, electronic health records, and 340B program in general.
• Previous experience as a compliance analyst, specialist, or pharmacy team member.
• Proficiency with at least one split billing vendor/platform.
• Understanding of contract pharmacy operations.
• Reside near a major US International Airport.
• Pharmaceutical purchasing/inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote audits independently or with support.
• Assist with or complete a Medicare Cost Report to Location crosswalk for the client.
• Lead entrance and closing conferences and present audit prep work and samples.
• Develop an individualized audit guide prior to the pre-audit call.
• Monitor ordering/purchasing processes, invoices, and inventory for 340B drugs.
• Prepare audit summaries and final reports within stated timelines.
• Provide client education slides and deliverables.
