Job summary

Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, NC is seeking a full-time 340B Program Auditor to ensure MAHEC’s 340B Pharmacy Program stays compliant with state and federal requirements. Training will be provided in person, with remote/hybrid options after the initial period.

The ideal candidate has an associate’s degree in healthcare or equivalent experience and at least three years of auditing experience, 340B program knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and related data systems; Spanish

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in healthcare or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of auditing experience.
340B Pharmacy Program experience strongly preferred.
Allscripts PM/EMR Pro software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit all required monthly 340B audits/reports per HRSA guidelines.
Review and update 340B policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Understand split-billing/third party administrator systems and related functions.
Audit prescribing data, patient data, hospital data, payer data, site of care, and ICD-10 codes as needed.
Compile reports for Compliance Officer and Director of the 340B Program.
