Job summary

Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH is seeking a 340B Auditor to monitor the 340B Drug Discount Program for federal compliance and internal policies. You will service locations, perform daily through quarterly audits, and document findings in accordance with policy.

You will upload data to 340B software, support external audits, and collaborate with 340B staff on special projects. A pharmacy 340B or healthcare auditing background is preferred, with strong Excel/EMR skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 2-year degree in business, IT/analytics, pharmacy or related field.
• 340B University (live/on demand) licensure/certification preferred.
• National Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B or hospital/healthcare auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 340B compliance across locations and HRSA guidance.
• Audit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly audits of 340B-eligible locations.
• Document audit results per policy and procedure.
• Monitor 340B purchasing accounts and data uploads.
• Assist external audits as assigned.
• Collaborate with 340B staff on special projects.
