Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Auditor to monitor and audit the 340B Drug Discount Program across locations in the system. You will document audits, ensure HRSA guidelines are followed, and collaborate with 340B staff on special projects.

You will also assist with external audits and manage data uploads to 340B software systems. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospital pharmacy or healthcare auditing, proficiency in Excel and EMR systems, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred 2-year degree in relevant field.
• Experience with hospital/healthcare auditing or 340B programs helpful.
• Proficiency with Excel and EMR systems; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly 340B activities for compliance.
• Document results and prepare audit findings for leadership and external audits.
• Monitor 340B purchasing and utilization records and data uploads.
• Collaborate with 340B staff on special projects and data analysis.
• Assist with 340B external audits and maintain data integrity in software.
