Job summary

MTM Health is seeking a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative to support our remote Missouri team. You will handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, with typical volumes of 60–80 calls per day and higher on Mondays. Shifts begin after 2pm CST and may include weekends.

Ideal candidates will reside in Missouri and have 1 year of call center experience plus 6 months in customer service, along with basic typing and reliable internet; a quiet home workspace is required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Missouri.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
• High speed Internet access with minimum speeds as specified; wireless/wifi air cards prohibited.
• A quiet space within the home free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Provide frontline customer care and represent MTM Health professionally.
