Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline hotline support with compassionate crisis intervention.
• Screen and refer callers to treatment and local resources.
• Coordinate with OBOT program activities and clinical staff.
• Document calls and assist with data collection for reporting.
• Triages walk-in callers and maintains wait lists per regulation.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and administrative duties.
