• 1–3 years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site to determine scope of work.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid material issues.
• Confirm that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiate terms as needed.
• Procure materials for the job and ensure protection from loss.
• Ensure licensing, permitting, and safety compliance; coordinate with authorities.
• Assist in office tasks and occasional warehouse support.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
