Qualifications

• Valid Florida contractor license or applicable certification.
• Own tools and transportation.
• Proven residential remodeling experience (kitchens, baths, full-home).
• Ability to manage projects from demolition to finishes.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work on-site across Tampa Bay area.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Remodeling Contractors to support renovation and repositioning projects across our property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on scope, timelines, and property needs, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.

• Execute residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, full interior renovations)
• Manage demolition, construction, and finishing phases
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades as needed
• Ensure all work meets local codes, permitting requirements, and quality standards
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and job site organization
• Communicate progress updates, timelines, and any issues

Requirements

• Valid contractor license (State of Florida or applicable certification)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in residential remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, full-home renovations)
• Ability to manage projects from demo to final finishes
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspections
• Must have your own tools, equipment, and job site resources
• Ability to coordinate trades and manage timelines efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple projects
