Vassar & Company Properties LLC. in the Tampa Bay area is seeking experienced Concrete Contractors to support construction, renovation, and property improvement projects.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling and assignments based on scope and timelines. You will handle slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and foundations, ensuring proper site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing while meeting local codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid contractor license (if required by Florida/local regulations).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial concrete work.
• Ability to handle foundations, slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and footings.
• Knowledge of site prep, grading, forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Must have your own tools, equipment, and crew (if applicable).
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Understanding of local building codes and safety standards.
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Projects are assigned based on scope, timelines, and property needs, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.
