Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, installing/upgrading components, servicing tenant-occupied and vacant properties, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. Own tools required.

Qualifications

• Valid electrician license (State of Florida or applicable certification).
• Own tools and transportation.
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems independently.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Electricians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service calls, maintenance needs, and renovation projects, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Requirements
