Job summary

Vassar & Company Properties in Tampa Bay is seeking experienced handymen to support our residential and commercial portfolio. This on-site role is a 1099 contractor position with flexible, appointment-based scheduling; work is assigned based on service requests and project scope, allowing you to choose jobs that fit your availability.

You’ll perform general repairs across properties, including drywall patching, painting, fixture installation, minor plumbing and electrical work, plus make-ready

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven experience in general repairs and property maintenance.
• Must have your own tools and basic equipment.
• Skilled in drywall, painting, fixtures, minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.

Responsibilities

About the Role
