Qualifications

• Valid Florida contractor license or applicable certification.
• Own tools and transportation.
• Proven residential remodeling experience (kitchens, baths, full-home).
• Ability to manage projects from demolition to finishes.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work on-site across Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

• Execute residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, full interior renovations).
• Manage demolition, construction, and finishing phases.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades as needed.
