Cogent Analytics\' client, a custom home builder in the greater Harrisburg area, is seeking a Salesperson to drive remodel project sales in the local market. The role involves engaging leads from multiple channels and guiding prospects through the remodel journey.

The ideal candidate has foundational sales skills and knowledge of residential construction; a degree is preferred but not required. CRM proficiency is a plus, and base salary plus commission and bonus structure are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related market.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience with CRM programs; Builder Trend preferred.
• Previous experience with residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate sales leads across channels (phone, email, website, events).
• Schedule home site visits with prospects.
• Explain the remodel process to prospects.
• Design remodels with clients using provided tools.
• Present pricing, specifications, and contracts to clients.
• Coordinate with designers for interior/exterior selections as needed.
• Work with draftsman for plan updates and present revised plans.
