Deluxe Corporation in Texas is seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist II to join our operations team. You will perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions, pull rejected items from all processing areas, and handle high speed mail extraction and scanning with various systems.

You’ll ensure accuracy and efficiency in everyday processing and assist with training when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read and make decisions.
• Able to work well independently and with others on all clients.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes.
• Must meet minimums for productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions.
• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails.
• Conduct high speed mail extraction & scanning using specified equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning.
• Assist with training when needed.
