Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction equipment and batch work into processable groups.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Prepare outgoing items and perform quality reviews for HIPAA clients.
• Perform daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
