Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist I to perform basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under close supervision in Carrollton, TX. You will operate mail extraction equipment, batch transactions, and prepare outgoing packages for low/medium complexity remittance clients, following client instructions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, good hand/eye coordination, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus.

Responsibilities

Operate Mail Extraction Equipment to batch work into processible groups.
Batch transactions by opening envelopes and extracting items per client instructions.
Prepare outgoing packages and perform quality review on remittance items.
Assist in daily reconciliation and billing reports as needed.
Perform basic adjustments to related equipment and sorting tasks.
