Deluxe is seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist III in Carrollton, TX, to handle highly complex client processing with minimal supervision. You will perform lookups, resolve rejected payments, and make higher-level decisions on transactions while coordinating with Operations to meet deadlines.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of document processing experience, with strong attention to detail and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year of document processing experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality.
• Clear, direct communication and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle highly complex client processing and lookups on rejected payments.
• Make higher-level decisions on transactions and manage dates to meet client deadlines.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
• Communicate with all areas of Operations during shifts.
• Contribute to training and quality assurance controls.
• Maintain accuracy and performance in line with client standards.
