Deluxe is hiring a Remittance Processing Specialist II in Monterey Park, CA. You will perform complex sorting and decisioning on non-standard or rejected transactions, supporting day-to-day reject processing and high-speed extraction tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to read and decide, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. 18+ and physical endurance are expected; benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reject Operator – pull rejected transactions from all processing areas with reports and audits.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning using I‑Tran, IMBL, OPEX equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisions.
• Maintain accuracy and performance per department standards.
• Assist with training as needed.
