Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist I for 2nd shift to perform basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under close supervision. You will operate mail extraction equipment, batch items, and sort transactions to meet client instructions and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to read, make basic decisions, and work independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction and batching equipment to group work into processable batches.
• Use scanning and mail sorting equipment (I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX series, Falcon).
• Batch documents (checks, invoices, coupons) per client instructions.
• Perform basic transaction sorting and decision-making and prepare output for processing.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports and ensure accuracy according to standards.
