Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Processing Specialist IV to perform day-to-day deposit and transmission reconciliation and balancing, with research and resolution of non-conforming images. This role supports the Lead and backs up in their absence.

You will handle data entry and operator tasks, maintain client work controls, and perform QC checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Data Entry: Handles advanced back-end functions including rejects, reconciliation and balancing of deposits, file creation and transmissions.
• Detail oriented and quality conscious.
• Flexibility to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing.
• Research and resolve non-conforming images; back-up to Lead in their absence.
• Maintain and execute control processes to ensure all client work is deposited and transmitted.
• Perform QC checks to assure quality and process adherence.
