Deluxe Corporation in Newark, Delaware, is seeking a Processing Specialist I to perform basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under supervision. You will operate mail extraction equipment, batch transactions, and support day-to-day processing for multiple clients.

The role includes machine operation, batching, dispatch quality reviews, and maintaining accuracy. The candidate should have a high school diploma, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work a flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to read and make basic decisions.
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime and/or off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mail Extraction Equipment to group work into batches.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions.
• Perform basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Quality review on outgoing items and prepare packages for remittance customers.
• Maintain daily reconciliation and billing reports and ensure accuracy.
