Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist IV to perform moderately complex control functions, including deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing, with back-up support for the Lead. The role also covers data entry and operations on scanning equipment, ensuring accurate processing and timely client communications.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years of experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing.
• Research and resolve non-conforming image issues.
• Act as backup to Lead in their absence.
• Maintain/control processes to ensure all client work is deposited and transmitted.
• Perform QC checks to ensure quality and process adherence.
