Job summary

LaBella Associates seeks a Remediation Project Manager for our Lancaster, NY office to lead remediation and investigation projects from scope through execution. You will manage cost, schedule, and client communications, coordinating with teams and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality standards.

Required: 10+ years of relevant experience, 40-hour HAZWOPER, and knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations; NYS driver's license with clean record. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant experience.
• Strong track record in Project Management, Business Development and Client Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for remediation and investigation tasks.
• Oversee staff to ensure work stays within scope and budget.
• Prepare client correspondence, project reports, and proposals.
• Develop cost estimates and project proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate work schedules with LaBella staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance across projects.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
• Travel for field visits as needed.
