Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant experience.
• Satisfactory track record of successful PM, business development and client management.
• Effective interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for remediation and investigation tasks such as excavations, treatment systems, and field work.
• Oversee staff on projects to ensure work is within scope and budget.
• Maintain client and regulatory correspondence and prepare project reports.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for new and existing clients.
• Coordinate work schedules with LaBella staff and subcontractors, and ensure safety standards.
• Travel for field visits is limited.
• Develop existing and new client relationships.
